Kia ora. I am a Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy (HICAT) Practitioner in Auckland, Niu Tīreni New Zealand. I work with adults for individual, and group therapy online, or in-person. Guide PTSD peer support group and courses, and offer Professional Supervision for employees in the Mental Health and Addiction sector.
My passion is to help people to take charge, raise their health and wellbeing, and life satisfaction with the use of arts-making and the creative process. My range of care is; PTSD, depression, suicide, grief, trauma, identity, change, anxiety, self-confidence, relationship dynamics, transition, and personal growth and development.
